In September 2013 EBTS visited, as part of it’s North Wales trip, Plas Cadnet the garden of EBTS member Anthony Tavernor. Sadly in late December the garden was hit by a deluge of rain water from surrounding fields that caused the collapse of a 200 year old wall and devastated the garden.
Follow the links to some of the news reports to see just how bad it was and how the tidy up operation has started to restore the garden.
EBTS UK wish Anthony and his team all the best with the hard work of rebuilding of the wonderful garden.
The gardens and tea room should be open for the season from 23rd March in time for the Easter weekend.
